1. What we do

PreSettlementLeads.com is a lead generation and marketing platform. We connect people who are looking for pre-settlement support with funding companies, legal service providers and partner networks.

We do not provide loans, legal services, legal advice or funding of any kind. We are not a lawyer referral service and not a funding provider. Each lead is sent exclusively to the company or professional who buys it.

2. Eligibility

By using our website you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • If you are buying leads for a company, you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Lead delivery

Our default delivery methods are email and SMS. CRM integration or Google Sheets delivery is available only for bulk orders and long-term clients, and must be requested in advance.

Leads are typically delivered in real time. Delivery speed can vary with your filters, targeting options, advertising performance, demand for your case types and your budget.

4. Lead quality and limits

We generate leads through real-time online advertising campaigns. We do not sell databases, old leads, shared lists or scraped data.

We do not guarantee that every lead will become a paying client, or that every lead will meet your internal criteria beyond the filters you select. Lead information is self-reported by the consumer, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of case details, contact information, intent to proceed, financial or legal information, or attorney status.

Your results depend on your own follow-up, including how quickly you make contact, your communication process and your business model.

5. Refunds, replacements and disputes

Because leads are generated and delivered in real time through paid advertising, all sales are final. We may offer a replacement lead if:

  • the lead has invalid or unusable contact information (for example a wrong number format, an unreachable number or fake contact details), or
  • the lead is clearly outside the filters you selected at checkout.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Decisions on refunds and replacements are made at our discretion and may vary case by case. Replacements are not provided for:

  • incorrect details shared by the consumer during your follow-up
  • consumers who change their mind
  • consumers who do not respond, are busy or lose interest after contact
  • leads that do not meet your internal underwriting criteria

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Payment is required in advance for all lead purchases. We may change prices or offer promotions at any time without prior notice.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination of service, and action with the relevant payment processors.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use our website or services for:

  • fraudulent or deceptive business practices
  • selling, sharing or redistributing leads
  • harassing or threatening consumers
  • violating any applicable law, regulation or industry guideline
  • misrepresenting your business to consumers

8. No legal or funding advice

Content on our website is for marketing and information only. We do not give legal advice, financial advice or guidance on any case. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreSettlementLeads.com is not liable for loss of revenue or business opportunities, failed client conversions, business downtime or internal follow-up delays, or inaccuracies in information provided by consumers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the leads concerned.

10. Intellectual property

The website content, logos, graphics and materials belong to PreSettlementLeads.com. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

11. Third-party links

We may link to third-party services or partners. We do not control their websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and stored. By using our services you agree to it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
