At PreSettlementLeads.com, our goal is to provide high-intent, real-time pre-settlement leads that help funding companies grow their business effectively.
Because all leads are generated fresh through paid advertising, our refund and replacement policy reflects the nature of real-time digital lead generation.
1. No Refunds on Delivered Leads
All lead purchases are final and non-refundable once the leads have been delivered via Email or SMS.
Since each lead is generated in real-time through paid marketing campaigns, refunds cannot be issued for:
- Non-responsive leads
- Leads who change their mind
- Leads who do not qualify for your internal underwriting criteria
- Leads who do not answer calls or messages
- Leads who do not proceed further after initial interest
Refunds are only considered in cases outlined under Section 2: Eligible Replacement Criteria.
2. Eligible Lead Replacements
We offer lead replacement (not refunds) only in the following situations:
✅ A. Invalid Contact Information
A lead may be replaced if:
- Phone number is incomplete, unreachable, invalid, or not in service
- Email address format is incorrect or bounces
- Contact details are fake or clearly unusable
✅ B. Lead Clearly Outside Your Selected Filters
If you selected specific filters (e.g., case type, state, attorney status), and a lead directly contradicts the filter, we will replace it.
Example:
If you selected “Car Accident” but the lead is “Slip & Fall” → Eligible for replacement.
⏳ Replacement Window
Replacement requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the lead.
3. Situations NOT Eligible for Replacement
The following situations are not considered valid for replacement:
❌ A. Lead Does Not Respond
If the lead ignores calls, is busy, or stops replying, it is not eligible.
❌ B. Lead Changes Mind or Is Not Interested Anymore
Intent can change after conversation; this is not a qualification issue.
❌ C. Lead Does Not Meet Your Internal Funding Criteria
Examples:
- Low settlement value
- Low injury severity
- Weak documentation
- Case issues discovered during underwriting
- Lead does not qualify for funding after review
These factors cannot be predicted beforehand and are part of real-life inquiry behavior.
❌ D. Incorrect Follow-up or Delayed Follow-up
If the lead becomes unreachable due to slow or inconsistent follow-up.
❌ E. Lead Information Provided Incorrect by the User During Call
If the lead gives different details on the call than they submitted in the form, replacements do not apply.
4. How to Request a Replacement
All replacement requests must be submitted only through the Lead Replacement Page available inside your client dashboard.
Steps to Request a Replacement:
- Log in to your Client Dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Lead Replacement” page.
- Select the lead you want reviewed.
- Choose the reason for replacement (e.g., invalid contact, outside selected filters).
- Attach screenshots or evidence if needed.
- Submit the request for review.
Important Notes:
- Replacement requests submitted by email, WhatsApp, or phone will not be accepted.
- Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the lead.
- Our team will review and update your replacement status inside the dashboard within 24–48 hours.
5. Fairness Commitment
We are a premium lead generation company, and our goal is long-term partnerships.
Even in cases where the issue doesn’t fully qualify under policy, we may still offer 1–2 goodwill replacement leads at our discretion to support your business growth—because your results matter to us.
This helps maintain:
- Good relationship
- Business continuity
- Your confidence in our lead quality
- Fair value for your investment
